Longitudinal submerged arc welding is a specialized process used in the production of steel pipes requiring greater wall thickness, especially for applications exposed to high internal or external pressure. SAWL pipes are often the most economical and technically efficient solution under these demanding conditions, offering exceptional pressure resistance, corrosion protection, low-temperature performance, and superior mechanical strength.

Zeus Corporation supplies a wide selection of SAWL pipes, manufactured to international standards such as SREN10217, SREN10219, API5L, ISO3183, and ASTM/ASME, using a variety of steel grades adapted to critical applications. Our pipe range includes diameters from 508 mm to 1524 mm and wall thicknesses from 6.4 mm to 65 mm, with either plain or beveled ends.
